GlaxoSmithKline buys Stiefel Laboratories

GlaxoSmithKline, the leading pharmaceutical giant has come forward to buy Stiefel Laboratories a US based skincare expert for a total sum of 3.6 billion dollars. This takeover includes the depth as well as all the shares. Stiefel is a famous brand which is 160 years old and it’s the largest producer of dermatological products. This venture is expected to create specialist in dermatology products
